Wednesday: One day introduction to end grain turning:We will be turning a little end grain cup and perhaps a small end grain friction fit pot. While learning to use the different tools and orientation of grain.This workshop is for folks who are familiar with hook tools and have a bit of experience turning bowls.
 
Thursday: Turn your first bowl.
Introduction to bowl turning: we will go through the process of axing out a bowl blank and then turning it on the lathe. Learning the basic techniques and getting familiar with the hook tools.
